Growing up in Austria I learned that in order to develop my individual skill I needed to train with the right people, the right way. This is why I am committed to building an international AAA hockey program to provide all hockey players with opportunities to gain exposure, to develop individual skill and  enjoy this great game.

Getting In Touch With The Pro!

The 26ers receive coaching tips, a complete workout and some competitive skating time with Thomas Vanek.  Recently, Thomas joined the ownership group of ITR, and plans to bring an expanded perspective to the ITR AAA hockey program.  Brad Koenen, ITR President says "It is great to have a professional player of Thomas' caliber part of our program. The enthusiasm and expertise Thomas brings will allow the ITR program to continue to grow, become stronger every year, and benefit our skaters the most."

ITR Pro Trainers Instruct and Train at ITR AAA Hockey & BTM Goalie Camps

Throughout the months of June and July, Inside the Red and Behind the Mask instructors from the Espoo Blues, Finland and other European teams trained our athletes in a variety of programs.

From as far away as Lawrenceville, New Jersey, Bernd Brückler jetted his team of coaches to train goalies from different parts of the country in elite goalie sessions. U.S. Elite Goalie Sessions were also held in Madison, WI and Shakopee, MN

ITR AAA Hockey held special power skating and power shooting clinics with their Finish and Swedish coaches to train current ITR AAA Hockey skaters. "Skating is the most important component to the game of hockey. The more sound your technique, the stronger you are on your edges, the faster you will become" Matti Uusivirta, ITR AAA Coach & Trainer.

Adam Burish also held his annual player camp in Madison, Wisconsin where many Wisconsin and Minnesota skaters enjoyed a full week of hockey camp.
