Jimmy Kilpatrick has a passion for developing youth hockey players to achieve their potential. This approach is starts with a clear focus on positive reinforcement, and individual skill development both on and off the ice.
On ice training with Jimmy is spent turning player’s weaknesses into strengths. These skill sessions will be spent touching the puck for hours not seconds and understanding how to do things the right way while performing each skill with enough repetitions to change previously learned bad habits.
By focusing on doing things the right way Jimmy is a perfect example of how these behaviors translate to becoming successful in life as well as on the ICE. Jimmy spends his summers working hard to change the lives of the young athletes he works with and leave a lasting impression on them in all aspects of their lives for years to come. Take advantage of these proven winning instructors’ ability to encourage your athlete to take positive advice and then watch, as they’ll push themselves to SUCCEED!!!
